Kerry Thomas is the Founder and CEO of InsureU Agency, an independent Nebraska brokerage built on one belief: clients deserve honest answers, real options and a broker who actually does the work.

Kerry has spent more than 15 years helping businesses, individuals and families navigate health insurance and employee benefits. Early in her career she saw the limits of representing a single carrier, and that shaped InsureU's independent approach: compare the market, understand what the client actually needs, and recommend what makes sense, not what's easiest to sell.

A former college basketball player and lifelong competitor, Kerry brings that same drive to business. She's direct, energetic and relationship-driven, known for going above and beyond and making complicated benefits easy to understand.

For employers, she's passionate about taking benefits work off the shoulders of owners and HR teams. Employees can't value benefits they don't understand, so InsureU leads with employee education, hands-on enrollment support and proactive service, not selling a plan and disappearing until renewal.

Outside InsureU, Kerry is an entrepreneur, speaker, coach and mom who cares about personal growth, building confidence in young people and creating opportunities for others.

Von Thomas serves as Principal and Strategic Partner of InsureU Agency. In this role, he provides high-level oversight, contributes to strategic planning, and supports major organizational decisions as a shareholder. His focus lies in long-term business development, operational efficiency, and positioning the agency for sustainable growth.

Beyond his work with InsureU, Von is an active entrepreneur with a diversified portfolio of real estate and investment ventures. His expertise in property development and investment strategy complements the agency’s mission by bringing additional financial perspective and growth opportunities.

Von’s leadership philosophy is built on integrity, innovation, and disciplined decision-making. As both a co-owner and investor, he remains committed to advancing InsureU’s legacy while pursuing broader entrepreneurial ventures alongside his family.

Mandi Maser is the Client Success Manager at InsureU Agency, where she ensures every detail of client coverage is handled with care and precision. With over 20 years of experience in coaching, education, and executive support, Mandi brings a rare blend of organization, empathy, and problem-solving to her role.

She specializes in supporting businesses and individuals with their benefits—whether it’s adding or removing employees, updating information, running new quotes, or making sure clients have the documents they need, when they need them. Known for her vibrant personality and sharp attention to detail, Amanda takes the stress out of insurance so clients can feel confident and supported every step of the way.
